The Story of the Disney Devotee
Hello! Thank you for taking a look at how I came to be this Disney-fied 20 year old.
I am from Northern California. And I was born into a family of “disney devotees”.
Like most disney lovers, I grew up watching all the disney movies, the disney channel, and singing along to the disney sing-a-long videos.
I’ve been to disneyland every year of my life with family and friends. Everytime I go I’m there several days at a time.
I collect disney items, my favorites being my disney vinylmation keychains.
I have done school work on disney including; a term paper on walt disney being an american icon, a debate on why the disney parks are best, and a semester long group project on disneyland.
my favorite characters are tinkerbell, tigger, and the character disney started with, mickey mouse.
my favorite cartoon was house of mouse.
my favorite movies are…well a lot of the different disney movies. they each have something to offer me. i’m seriously in love sleeping beauty, the lion king, peter pan, tangled, all the tinkerbell movies, lilo & stitch, beauty and the beast, the toy story movies, and winnie the pooh.
my favorite disneyland attractions are mr. toad’s wild ride, indiana jones adventure, california screamin’, tower of terror, splash mountain, and pirates of the caribbean.
i’ve gotten a lot of my friends in touch with their disney side and i’ve also made a lot of friends finding common ground in our love for disney.
disney is always a part of my milestones. for my 18th birthday, we went to see princess and the frog and everyone fell in love with ray.
when i graduated from high school a group of friends and i went to disneyland to celebrate for grad trip.
for my 21st birthday, i will be at the happiest place on earth once again!
for the 2000 new year millennium we celebrated at disneyland.
i’ve been to disneyland for almost every holiday season, except halloween.
i’ve also gotten sick while i was in disneyland, and i remembered having to stay in the paradise pier hotel for a day to get better.
i just love disney. and i love disneyland. it is my home away from home. disney has inspired me to be who i am. disney is a life script of mine. and this is why i had to create a blog for the sole purpose of sharing my love for disney and finding others who are exactly like me.
